1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the relationship between Inlife Group LLP (hereinafter — the "Company") and the user of the doctor.nola platform (hereinafter — the "Client").
Registration on the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Company provides the Client with access to the doctor.nola software — a cloud-based CRM platform for managing a diagnostic center, including:
- Patient scheduling and room scheduling
- Study archive with DICOM viewing
- Radiologist queue and report generation
- WhatsApp bot and IP telephony
- Employee time tracking
- Financial module
3. Registration and Accounts
To use the service, the Client creates an organization (clinic) account and registers employee accounts. The Client is responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data provided during registration
- The safekeeping of employee logins and passwords
- Actions performed on behalf of its accounts
4. Plans and Payment
Plans are published on the website and may be changed no more than once per quarter, with 30 days' prior notice to the Client. The plan in effect at the time of payment is fixed for the entire paid period.
Trial period: 14 days from the moment the account is activated. No bank card required. After the trial period ends, access to data is retained in "read-only" mode until payment is made or for up to 6 months.
Payment: monthly or annually (with a 20% discount) on the basis of an invoice. A refund for the unused period is available within 14 days of the date of the last payment.
5. Obligations of the Company
- Ensure the operability of the service with an availability level (SLA) according to the plan
- Store the Client's data in encrypted form on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Not transfer the Client's data to third parties, except in the cases provided for by the Privacy Policy
- Notify the Client of scheduled maintenance 48 hours in advance
- Provide technical support according to the plan
6. Obligations of the Client
- Use the service in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Obtain patients' consent to the processing of personal data
- Pay for services in a timely manner
- Not grant access to third parties not specified in the agreement
- Not use the service for activities that violate the law
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the last billing period.
The Company is not liable for:
- Medical decisions made on the basis of data in the platform
- Actions of the Client's employees when working with the service
- Failures caused by force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, communication outages, actions of authorities)
- Data breaches that occurred through the fault of the Client (compromised passwords, phishing)
8. Termination
The Client may terminate the agreement at any time through their personal account. In this case:
- A refund for the unused days of the paid period is provided within 14 days
- Export of all data (patients, schedules, DICOM images) is free of charge, in standard formats
- Data is stored for an additional 6 months after termination, after which it is permanently deleted
The Company may suspend or terminate the agreement unilaterally in the event of:
- Payment overdue by more than 30 days
- Use of the service in violation of the law
- Attempts at unauthorized access to the platform
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes are resolved in the courts of the city of Almaty.
